You and Claudia have certainly been busy. I love the idea and concept of this restaurant. There is nothing quite like that here in the Chicago area. It would be a great place to host one of my book groups or meet after work where you have folks of differing ages, tastes and dietary preferences. Some folks are dedicated grazers and others chow-hounds and I bet you would be able to accommodate all. Hope to see you soon-Gin
